5.1-magnitude quake hits 94 km ESE of Kimbe, Papua New Guinea: USGS

Port Moresby [Papua New Guinea], January 26: An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted 94 km ESE of Kimbe, Papua New Guinea at 18:25:14 GMT on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 34.9 km, was initially determined to be at 6.02 degrees south latitude and 150.85 degrees east longitude.
