Japan PM Kishida to replace top spokesman Matsuno amid funds scandal: media

Tokyo [Japan], December 9: Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, in response to allegations of slush funds within the ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) factions, has reportedly decided to replace Chief Cabinet Secretary HirokazuMatsuno, local media Jiji Press reported on Saturday.
This decision was disclosed by multiple government and ruling party sources on the same day, said the report.
