Mr. Zelensky is coming to America; President of Belarus met Mr. Putin

Washington [US], September 15: While Ukrainian President VolodymyrZelensky is scheduled to have a face-to-face meeting with President Joe Biden in the US, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has begun a business trip in Russia.
Sources familiar with Reuters said US President Joe Biden plans to meet Ukrainian President VolodymyrZelensky next week, after the conclusion of the United Nations General Assembly meetings.
It is still unclear whether the meeting will take place in New York or at the White House. CNN quoted a source saying that Mr. Zelensky planned to go to Washington DC, after a stop in New York.
The last time Mr. Biden met Mr. Zelensky in person was on the sidelines of the North Atlantic Organization (NATO) summit in Lithuania in July. Previously, the two leaders negotiated in May at the Group of Nations summit. The top 7 economies (G7) in Japan.
Sources close to him revealed that Mr. Zelensky plans to appear directly at the annual meeting of the United Nations General Assembly to call for more support for Ukraine, as the country's military continues to counterattack Russia.
In addition, the President of Ukraine also plans to meet a number of world leaders during his time in New York, including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The Israeli government has confirmed this information.
Russia has not yet commented on the information about the meeting between US and Ukrainian leaders. A spokesman for the US National Security Council also declined to comment.
In another development, BelTA news agency reported on September 14 that Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko arrived in Russia and began a business trip here. Previously, there was information that the Belarusian leader would hold talks with President Vladimir Putin on September 15, but the report did not say where the meeting would take place.
The content of the negotiations is still unclear. However, according to BelTA, discussions are expected to revolve around international and regional issues. The two leaders of Russia and Belarus will also discuss joint efforts in economic development, including manufacturing industry, agriculture and other areas including imports.
BelTA reported that the negotiations took place according to the previously approved meeting schedule between the two presidents.
